Men's - 5 on 5
- 20 game regular season (plus each team guaranteed 2 playoff games)
- team registration fee is $ 3200.00
- Eight (8) tiers of play - Tier 1/2 (Elite) to Tier 9 (Recreational)
- all games are played out of the new "METRO SPORTSPLEX"
- entire season concludes approx. Apr. 4th/09

- 16 game regular season (plus each team guaranteed 2 playoff games)

- Six (6) tiers of play - Tier 1 to Tier 6
- all games are played out of the Westmount Fitness Club (12840 - 109 ave)
- entire season concludes approx. Apr. 4th/09

***IMPORTANT PLAYING RULE FOR MEN'S TEAMS ONLY!
Due to the high demand for this, MSI will be continuing with the "playing on 2 teams rule", but with some modifications.
Men will be permitted to play/participate on two (2) teams ONLY, but must observe the following:
- both teams MUST at all times (before AND after re-tiering) have AT LEAST one (1) tier seperating them. For example, a player's one team is in tier 3, and his other team is in tier 6, this is acceptable. However, if one team is in tier 2, and the other is in tier 3, NOT ACCEPTABLE. This avoids any player from potentially playing in the same division on 2 teams.
- we ask that players DO NOT deliberatly "stack" a lower team with friends from a higher team, to take advantage of this. This will be monitored closely, and if it's abused, then the rule will be dropped, and players will be forced to choose ONE TEAM ONLY.
- this rule will be allowed in 3 on 3 format
